This is what happens if you wrap your dough in only ONE layer of saran wrap and put it in the fridge overnight. It will break through the saran wrap (not just find its way out a loose edge, but actually burst a hole clean through the plastic) and form a crusty goiter-y thing.
But do not despair—that persistent yeast hasn't gotten the best of you yet. You can still make an excellent pizza crust.

i've heard the longer it sits the better it tastes. pretty cool though.
nice use of the word goiter...
you always did have a way with words
your pizza crust is delicious!
Why do you wrap your dough in saran wrap in the first place? I always "let it breath" under a wet towell....am I doing it wrong? I've never had crusty-goiter pizza before and I'm suddenly feeling left out!
So my comment will have nothing to do with your post... But today I was listening to my iTunes (on shuffle, like always), and a song came on, "One Potato, Two Potato." Instantly my mind went back to jr. high and Mrs. Elcock's creative writing class... Then Matt and a wig made out of red yarn. Good times.
Hey girl! I didn't know you had a blog! Sweet! I cannot wait to check it all out! So we should get together sometime to hang out, catch up, whatever...ice cream maybe?
